* Appointment Cancellation Policy *

Due to several clients cancelling at the last minute, we now impose a cancellation policy and or fee on some services.  Please keep in mind that when you make an appointment, we reserve a time allocation just for you.  Cancellation of your appointment greatly impacts on our daily scheduling.

As a general courtesy, short of an emergency, we require 24 hours notice of cancellation (via phone call or text message, email), as this allows time to offer the appointment to another client who may be on the cancellation waiting list or require your date.

All hair and makeup appointments require a holding / booking deposit which is non refundable and non transferable upon cancellations regardless of cancellation notice time. Makeup and Hair in Happy Hour Excludes Bridal / Formal trials / weddings due to these 2 services including consults and preparation.

You are free to call at any time (including outside of trading hours), and if we are unable to take your call, please leave a message on the answering service.
